RELENTLESS WHITE SOULS: From time immemorial the White Race has pursued all their endeavours in a relentless fashion. Be it Rome’s conquest of Europe and the Middle East through outstanding discipline and training or the British expanding their territory so far and wide that in the early 1900s, 20% of the Earth’s land mass was occupied by this small nation, remarkably ensuring that the sun never set on the British Empire. Then came the pioneers and farmers seeking a prosperous life in the New World, pursuing their Manifest Destiny, colonising America. Relentless, full throttle, pedal-to-the-metal fervour is the epitome of the White soul. This text is a call for my brothers and sisters who are ideological warriors for our noble Cause to make the conscious decision to improve any flaws you may have. For if we are to make a collective change for our people, we must first pursue self-betterment from within and upgrade the value of our Race

I am calling on you to strive in pursuit to be a ‘better man’. The collective needs to challenge itself to evolve ethically, mentally, physically and socially. In order to improve upon these attributes we must accept the realisation that we do have flaws, struggles and weaknesses that are in need of remedy. Once this is established we can all take the necessary steps forward to ensure the collective body of the White Race becomes healthier. The imperative is to set small, methodical goals aimed at particular objectives. Our Cause needs men and women of quality who are dedicated and sincere in their desire for change. Whether you improve upon your home life, mental and/or physical health, or your social life analyse yourself and choose an area for improvement. Set small goals to endure in the fight for White survival and to be a continuous asset to our Cause.

POSITIVE IMPACT: Adhere to your goals, for your personal Advancement DOES have a positive impact on the White Race. Take these words to heart Comrades, for great change must start somewhere and what better place to begin than mastering the Self? This message is aimed at Comrades outside the wire as well as those inside the wire. Whether on the streets, in the SHU, General Population, or SNY we all have room for improvement. Those of us inside have no excuse to disregard this fact. We must convert environment into a product of ourselves and not become a product of our environment. 
A brother of mine refers to the message I am preaching as “living a Life of CODE”. Code has many definitions, but to me Code is the voice in my conscience that reprimands me when I falter  or urges me on when capitulation crosses my mind. In essence, Code is discipline. One wrench thrown into the screen scheme of our lives is the brain polluting television.
While I commend those of you who watch no TV at all, the truth is there are many inside the wire who watch meaningless and degenerate programs. To the Comrades on the streets, if you have a television in the bedroom, I urge you to remove it. Bedroom should be a sanctuary where you and your significant other wind down and engage in deep, meaningful conversations where emotions, needs and desires are expressed. Statistics prove couples have twice as much sex in bedrooms where television is void of the equation. 

CORRECT USE OF A BEDROOM: Take the time in your bedroom to analyse the days events and plan a mental schedule of tasks or activities need to accomplish the next day. Make the guiding principle of all your actions be: what is best for the White Race? And to the Comrades inside, I am asking you to cut your TV time in half. I know that some of us are confined to quarters most of the day, but surely there are more constructive ways to utilise our time. Transform your domain into a haven of White Racial Thought. Eventually work your way to two hours per day, maximum. 
To make a significant change in pursuit of a brighter future, we must first strengthen our minds. Once minds are stronger, so too will our hearts become stronger, purer, more passionate, vibrant. There's no better tool for this task than books. Reading in itself is terrific, but we need to substantiate a love for reading. The benefits are multifaceted, from expanding vocabulary, improving writing skills, and gaining much-needed brain food.

LOVE YOUR RACE: Adolf Hitler once said: “you can fight only for something you love. You can love only what you respect. You can respect only what you know”. Once a love for obtaining knowledge is established, the individual has achieved a sense of Code. Our Cause needs knowledgeable men and women who can back up their beliefs and political ideologies with historical facts and legitimate statistics. When you have a broad understanding of White History and our achievements in exploration, engineering, self-government, architecture, aviation, science and combat you gain a fervent amount of pride in our Race. The more you know the more willing you will be to defend your blood at all costs Against the enemies of our people. With knowledge comes pride, with pride comes courage,with courage comes will,and with will comes action. To have any chance in securing our existence we must sacrifice and put our money where a mouth is. “Ideology without action is sterile”.The greatest combination in the genetic make up has been our intellectual keenness coalesced with our physical abilities.This combination has resulted in the settling of seven continents and subduing all the foes who dared cross our path in our trek for supremacy. 

HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND: Be that as it may, I am urging all our Comrades to perform some type of exercise five days per week. I understand this may be difficult for those outside the wire, but it most certainly can be achieved.Thirty minutes per day has proven to benefit overall health greatly, according to the I. S.S.A.(International Sports Science Association). In an ideal situation I would ask all of you to learn some type of martial arts which would keep you in extraordinary health and give you a combat skill. If the resources are available, I urge you to sign up somewhere. I know this isn’t possible for all so I jog around town, a game of tennis, or some weight training will suffice. Keep in mind that balancing a healthy nutritional regime along with exercise is key to advanced health. Try to refrain from eating after 6 pm; cut back on your sugar intake. This is the chemical which gives you that lethargic feeling come midday.

RESTORE AND REGENERATE: Give your body a 12-hour fast between meals so it can restore and regenerate itself. Getting an adequate amount of sleep is vital, so shoot for eight hours each night. In achieving this goal you’ll give the White Race a greater chance in achieving its full potential. And for you inside the wire, I recommend at least 60 minutes of exercise five days per week. It would be futile for me to instruct you on what exercises are necessary to perform to achieve a healthy body because you should ALL know what is required In prisonAdolf Hitler placed extreme importance on physical fitness, so do your best to comply with these words:“there must be a certain harmony maintained between mind and body. A decayed body is not made even a tiny bit more beautiful by a brilliant mind. A sound and energetic mind is only found in a sound and energetic body”.  With excellent physical health comes excellent mental health.The two are parallels for greatness and using only one of the attributes deprives the collective of its full potential. There will be times when you want to skip a work out and the voice in your mind will reprimand you; listen to this voice, Comrades. Once you start listening to your conscience and turn that TV off for a weight session in the garage or some burpees in the cell, then you have achieved another sense of Code. Release those endorphins; Embrace it. 

UNITY IS STRENGTH: There is one more task I want to ask you all to fulfil. That is to network with all our White Racial Comrades, worldwide. Share ideas, organise joint protests, set up meetings in your community and discuss problems that need to be addressed. Despite certain ideological differences, we all want to secure the existence of the White Race and a future for White children. So put your hubris aside and befriend one another. We are 10 times more effective and dangerous united as one than branched off into thousands of splinter groups.Commander Lincoln Rockwell often called upon all whites to “unite with me, NOW!” Once the war is won, we can fight over religion and politics all day long. To Comrades inside the wire: stay in contact with your fellow Brothers inside.Do not neglect to write each other due to security interceptions and/or laziness. Remain persistent and steadfast. We all deserve the effort from one another because we all share a common bond what it is like to be a prisoner in this corrupt J--aic System. Unite together and defy this hedonistic degenerate New World Order that is being shoved down our throats. 

SELF MASTERY FOR COLLECTIVE IMPROVEMENT: Heed to this call, Comrades. Self-mastery must precede collective improvement. Small and methodical steps focused on one goal at a time are key to improvement. Be a marathoner, Brothers and Sisters. Endure the Struggle and last the fight for White Survival. If all of you reading these wordsMake a positive change in your life TODAY, then the White Race has just improved and become healthier. It is your responsibility to make the effort. No one will instruct you or look over your shoulder. Be honest. Practicing White Racial Teamwork in a Socialistic manner with souls synchronised in a relentless pursuit of a Whiter, brighter world is the epitome of magnificence.

MAGNIFICENT WHITES: And my brothers and sisters, you are magnificent. Overcome your struggles and faults,pursue greatness from within and evolve into a true noble warrior. Hold fast to these words and listen to your conscience, Comrades. The little voice in your mind will always be there, for there is no end to personal betterment but once that voice has become less frequent, where all facets of your life are lived in accordance with your beliefs, you will have finally have achieved CODE. Chase destiny, hurdle those roadblocks, and in some cases plough through them, go to sleep at night with a clear conscience for you are a seeker of truth. Silence the dissidents for truth fears no investigation. Persevere, brothers and sisters and allow our hearts to beat as one.
